A: Send me an email (carlogbook@riccardo.sabattoli.com) and I will get round to adding/fixing it!!

Q: I tried clicking "Upgrade" but it gives me a connection error. What do I do?
A: Try force quitting the App (double click home button; click and hold on the Car Logbook icon until it shakes; click the little "X" on the icon.) Make sure you have an internet connection, then try restarting app and click upgrade

Q: How do I delete a fuel stop?
A: Swipe from left to right (or right to left) on the fuel history table and click delete

Q: Not all my points show me my fuel consumption, why?
A: Most likely this is because you have not filled the tank on those stops AND the stops before it. Car Logbook only calculates the consumption when there is at least two consecutive filled tanks

Q: Not all my records are showing, why?
A: You probably have the date filter on, try disabling the date filter

Q: Why must I fill the tank to get the consumption figures?
A: Consmption is worked out based on fuel used between fillups. Fuel used is the difference between this fillup and the last fillup. If there is a different amount of fuel in the tank each time, this will lead to inaccurate results, thus the requirement for filling up each tim

Q: The total distance reading is incorrect, why?
A: This is calculated using the distance figures in each fill up. e.g. If you have 2 readings
Reading 1: Odometer 10000 Distance 50
Reading 2: Odometer 10300 Distance 30
The total distance travelled is the 500+300
When filling in the readings, the App tries to automatically fill in the Distance for you - however if you miss a reading in between that you don't record, this distance will be incorrect, so you will have to manually enter it

Q: What is a Journey, and how do I use it?
A: The Journey section allows the user to save specific trips to keep record for tax returns or for his company records etc
This is separate from the Fuel section which allows you to record your fuelling histor
Journeys allow you to specify the details of a specific trip like the distance, the customer, reason for the trip etc
